EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGE POLICY
The customer has 7 (seven) consecutive days, from the date of receipt of the product, to request a return or exchange, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
In case of an error in the product shipment or missing accessories , we request that the customer send photos of the received item , along with the order number. After analysis and verification of the error, the exchange procedure will be initiated at no additional cost to the customer.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability , considering that some items are exclusive or temporary. If an exchange for the same item is not possible, a store credit will be issued for the corresponding value of the product, for use on our website.
Products purchased on sale cannot be exchanged , except in cases of defects . In this situation, the item will be exchanged or refunded for the amount actually paid , and not for the original price outside of the sale.
The product must be shipped for exchange or return within the timeframe indicated on the shipping authorization . If the shipment does not occur within this period, the request will be canceled and the exchange or refund process will be terminated.
RETURN POLICY
The customer has 7 (seven) consecutive days, from the date of receipt of the product, to request a return or exchange, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
For the request to be accepted, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, accompanied by the original packaging, invoice, warranty certificate and any free gifts (if applicable) .
Products with scratches, damage, broken, missing, chipped or engraved stones will not be accepted.
The request can be made by logging into the website or via WhatsApp/phone (12) 98844-2200 , providing the order number and sending images of the product.
After approval, the return must be made via the Post Office to the address registered on the website.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Because these items are made exclusively according to the customer's preferences , we DO NOT accept exchanges or returns of CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
