WARRANTY POLICY

EZZY PRODUCT WARRANTY

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Under the terms of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the products sold by Ezzy have a legal guarantee of 90 (ninety) days , counted from the date of receipt of the product, applicable exclusively to manufacturing defects and quality flaws that render them unsuitable or inadequate for their intended use.

COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE

In addition to the legal guarantee, Ezzy grants an additional contractual guarantee of 6 (six) months , starting from the date of receipt of the product, limited to the plating and the embedded elements , valid exclusively for maintenance services, not covering the complete replacement of the product.

PROCEDURE FOR ACTIVATING THE WARRANTY

For technical analysis and potential repair purposes, the following conditions must be observed:

  • The product must be returned along with its warranty certificate;

  • The cost of shipping the item to Ezzy will be the responsibility of the consumer;

  • The cost of reshipping the part to the customer after the repair is completed will be the responsibility of Ezzy ;

  • The timeframe for technical analysis, maintenance, and return of the part may be up to 3 (three) months, depending on the complexity of the service;

  • If repair is not possible under the terms of this warranty, Ezzy will, at its discretion, provide an identical or similar part of the same value, or a voucher, at no additional cost.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The following are NOT covered by the warranty:

  • Damage resulting from improper use, natural wear and tear, poor maintenance or misuse, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, breaks or darkening due to the accumulation of residue;

  • Damage caused by physical impacts;

  • Damage resulting from contact with chemical agents, such as perfumes, cosmetics, sunscreens, cleaning products or similar substances;

  • Damage resulting from exposure to seawater, swimming pools, or chlorinated environments;

  • Any alteration, adjustment, repair, or intervention performed by unauthorized third parties.

Product breakage will only be considered a manufacturing defect when it is proven, through technical analysis, that the breakage occurred exclusively at weld points , with no evidence of misuse.
